Vendor Information Session on Testing of Airborne Natural Gas Leak Detection Technologies
Teleconference
The U.S. EPA ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems Center, operated in cooperation with Battelle, and ETV Canada are planning joint verification testing of airborne natural gas leak detection technologies. The test will involve field testing under a variety of conditions. Test collaborators are being sought. A teleconference will be conducted from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST, to present an outline of the test design to interested technology vendors. Although the focus of the call is joint U.S./Canada verification test design, vendors interested in U.S.-only or Canada-only verification are also welcome and can be considered for verification. 4th International ETV Forum, "ETV: Accelerating Technology Solutions to Climate Change"

This Forum, hosted by the Philippines government, will serve as a venue for exchanging ideas and sharing experiences among participants on issues related to implementing an ETV program within the Philippines, and how this supports technology solutions to mitigate climate change in developing countries such as the Philippines. The Forum will be followed by a meeting of the International Working Group on Environmental Technology Verification (IWG-ETV). U.S. ETV staff will help organize and present at both events.
